Incorporated in 2019, T&F Communications, Inc. is the online place for communication skills development. 

Our mission is to provide high-quality communication skills training for an affordable price to all professionals regardless of role or industry.

Now more than ever individuals and groups need communication skills development as they learn to navigate the remote-working environment. This often includes media training for people who find themselves in front of a camera more than they ever thought possible, executive training for C-Suite level professionals who have to find a new way to engage their teams, and group training for new dynamics and environmental challenges as they set up a “home office” in their kitchen, living room, bedroom…wherever! 

Current clients range from individuals to corporate groups, and services cover everything from media training to messaging development, and corporate team training to one-on-one executive communications advisory.

Meet the Founder, Noël F. Kepler

Hi there! I’m Noël and I am a communication junkie. Communication isn’t just my job, it’s my passion! 


With nearly 25 years working in communications and community engagement, 15+ years working in crisis communications, and 10+ years as a private advisor for C-suite executives and entrepreneurs, my experience spans public, private and non-profit sectors. 


If there is one thing I have learned, it is this: no matter what industry you work in, no matter the size of the organization you work for, no matter what role you play or how far up or down the food chain you are, there is no skill more important than communication. Everything you do is communicating something about you – if you do nothing else with your professional development, learn to communicate better! 

My goal in starting T&F Communications, Inc. was (and remains) affordable, accessible communication skills development for all manner of professionals regardless of role or industry. Over the years I have come across countless firms and consultants that will gladly assist you with all of your communication needs to the tune of thousands of 

dollars, making this particular skill set development inaccessible for so many (and for myself for many years). When I decided to roll up all of my knowledge and experience into an online offering, I was determined to make it affordable, accessible and flexible.
